Consider that:
a. The result of senate faculty meeting on August 14 2009 then it is important to determine the decree of custom graduation exercise.
b. That in the connection with the previous statement it is important to determine the decree of the director of EEPIS.
Remind that:
1. Statutes No. 20 in 2003 about the national education system
2. the Republic of Indonesia’s government regulation No. 16 in 1999 about policy for the university
3. the declaration of national education ministry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 232/U/2000 on December 20 2000 about the orientation of compiling for the curriculum of the university and the evaluation of student’s study report
4. the declaration letter from the rector of ITS number 2829.1/K03/AK/2004 about the academic regulation in 2004 of the state polytechnic electrical engineering Surabaya ITS
Declaration
Determine that:
5. first : revoked the director declaration letter number 544/N12/AK.2/2007 about the decree of custom graduation exercise for the state polytechnic electrical engineering Surabaya ITS.
Second: the students consider as graduate student and can attend the graduation ceremony if:
a. have finished all the study
b. have already collect the apprenticeship’s score
c. have already pass the final examination project
